Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Defective merchandise must be returned promptly to the store. We will test the item on our equipment, as some record players cannot handle heavier vinyl and may skip even though the vinyl is in good condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a return.

Gift cards and items that are not in the same condition as when purchased are not returnable.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and we can be sure the defect does not extend to the replacement item.

To return a product purchased online, message us through Discogs or Amazon, and we’ll provide instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
